New York or LA – Senior Vice President, Marketing
The SVP, Marketing is responsible for the day-to-day management of deliverables for a cross-section of FiComm’s retained marketing clients and project-based marketing clients, supported by Vice Presidents, Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives across both the Marketing and PR teams. The SVP will build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, and directly manage the production schedule of projects, marketing plans, and deliverables, working closely with the FiComm PR and creative teams as necessary.
A leadership position, the SVP, Marketing will help manage the FiComm Marketing team and ensure that expectations for the Marketing offering, project management, and logistical objectives are met for all retained and project-based business. This includes contributing information and recommendations to project plans and reviews, ensuring deadlines are met, implementing production, gauging productivity, resolving problems, identifying trends, determining system improvements, providing senior-level client counsel, and implementing change. The SVP will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic marketing plans and assigning tasks and deliverables to FiComm team members.
New York – Senior Account Executive or Account Supervisor, PR
As a FiComm Partners Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role on the PR team, managing both up and down. The Senior Account Executive will assist the VP by serving as the first line of inquiry for questions from the Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive plays a client-facing role, actively participating on calls and email correspondence, and can be called upon to assist the Account Supervisor run the “day-to-day”. Serving as a key member of the PR team, you will be responsible for a defined group of clients working alongside a team, and the opportunity to have direct interaction with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a high energy, start-up style environment, has strong interest in the financial services and the financial advisory industries, values and cultivates client and industry relationships, and excels in a fast-paced atmosphere.
New York or LA – Intern, Marketing
As a FiComm Partners Marketing intern, you will support a number of projects, including (but not limited to) branding and identity, campaign strategy and execution, multi-channel marketing promotions, and research, design, and development related to content. Interns will gain hands-on experience while working in the field alongside experienced and recognized members of the finance community, being exposed to what it takes to prepare, enter and disrupt the market. For the right candidate, this can transition to a full-time position.
New York – Intern, PR
As a FiComm Partners PR intern, you will support a number of projects, including (but not limited to) monitoring for media coverage, drafting agendas, competitor and media research, drafting press releases and media pitches, building media lists, pitching the media and supporting the PR team with client meetings, and more. Interns gain hands-on experience while working in the field alongside experienced and recognized members of the finance community, being exposed to what it takes to prepare, enter and disrupt the market. For the right candidate, this can transition into a full-time role.
New York – Fellow (post-graduate), PR
The FiComm Partners Fellowship Program is a 24-week program designed to provide training, resources and client-engagement experience to new graduates, as well as valuable support to our growing team. Additionally, it will expose the Fellow to all facets of FiComm’s business, including PR, Marketing and Operations. This program will also arm the FiComm Fellows with knowledge of best practices in the PR/Marketing industry. By the end of the 24 weeks, FiComm Fellows will be able to do the following successfully and independently:
- Basics of account management and profitability
- Understand how to work in a professional setting, following policy and procedure
- Draft and finalize press releases
- Build and maintain media lists
- Craft a media pitch and successfully pitch reporters
- Draft client-facing materials, including agendas, emails, news analysis and contributed content
- Engage in internal and client-facing meetings, conference calls and brainstorms
- Research topics of interest and industry trends
- Brainstorm creative ideas for proactive campaigns
- Demonstrate ability to monitor for time-sensitive media articles
- Create monthly and quarterly reporters
