Remote – Assistant Vice President, Public Relations
We are looking for a highly organized, adaptable, proactive public relations pro to help co-lead FiComm’s PR book of business — which includes both retained and project-based client work. The AVP, alongside the EVP, Communications, will be tasked with oversight of PR team activity and deliverables, including directly influencing the strategy and overall direction of accounts, proactively identifying media opportunities, managing progress towards deliverables and opportunities outlined in each client’s PR plan, and identifying client issues or potential areas of client dissatisfaction and escalating it with senior management, as appropriate. The role also includes managing junior team members and helping them to develop throughout their careers. The AVP will also partner closely with the FiComm Marketing team on integrated accounts.
Remote – Account Supervisor or Assistant Vice President, Marketing
We are looking for a highly organized, adaptable, proactive marketing leader to support FiComm’s Marketing book of business — which includes both retained and project-based client work. The AS/AVP will also partner closely with the FiComm Public Relations team on integrated accounts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and also skilled at content creation and managing execution of content marketing campaigns.
Remote – Fellow (post-graduate), PR
The FiComm Partners Fellowship Program is a 24-week program designed to provide training, resources and client-engagement experience to new graduates, as well as valuable support to our growing team. Additionally, it will expose the Fellow to all facets of FiComm’s business, including PR, Marketing and Operations. This program will also arm the FiComm Fellows with knowledge of best practices in the PR/Marketing industry. By the end of the 24 weeks, FiComm Fellows will be able to do the following successfully and independently:
- Basics of account management and profitability
- Understand how to work in a professional setting, following policy and procedure
- Draft and finalize press releases
- Build and maintain media lists
- Craft a media pitch and successfully pitch reporters
- Draft client-facing materials, including agendas, emails, news analysis and contributed content
- Engage in internal and client-facing meetings, conference calls and brainstorms
- Research topics of interest and industry trends
- Brainstorm creative ideas for proactive campaigns
- Demonstrate ability to monitor for time-sensitive media articles
- Create monthly and quarterly reporters
Remote – Intern, Marketing
As a FiComm Partners Marketing intern, you will support a number of projects, including (but not limited to) branding and identity, campaign strategy and execution, multi-channel marketing promotions, and research, design, and development related to content. Interns will gain hands-on experience while working in the field alongside experienced and recognized members of the finance community, being exposed to what it takes to prepare, enter and disrupt the market. For the right candidate, this can transition to a full-time position.
Remote – Intern, PR
As a FiComm Partners PR intern, you will support a number of projects, including (but not limited to) monitoring for media coverage, drafting agendas, competitor and media research, drafting press releases and media pitches, building media lists, pitching the media and supporting the PR team with client meetings, and more. Interns gain hands-on experience while working in the field alongside experienced and recognized members of the finance community, being exposed to what it takes to prepare, enter and disrupt the market. For the right candidate, this can transition into a full-time role.
